Help with orangenoise.

Most support questions come down to audio routing, purchase restore, background playback, or timer behavior. Start here, then write in with device details if something still feels stuck.

Restore Pro

If orangenoise Pro does not appear unlocked, open the Pro sheet in the iOS app and tap Restore Purchases.

  • Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
  • Make sure the device has an internet connection.
  • Wait a moment, then close and reopen the app if needed.

No sound

  • Check device volume and the current audio output route.
  • Disconnect Bluetooth headphones or speakers if audio is going somewhere unexpected.
  • Pause other audio apps, then reopen orangenoise.

Background playback

The iOS app is built for background audio. If playback stops, check Low Power Mode, audio interruptions from another app, and whether the timer has ended.

Privacy

orangenoise does not use accounts, analytics, ads, or third-party trackers. Sound is generated locally on your device.
